If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the device and all original accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
